How many drones did Obama send out creating refugees? Bombs and drones create refugees, not budgets. We wouldn't have them scampering across the border if a foreign govt didn't cause it. Side note, Remington is finally laying off employees, the biggest gun run of all time. Faith in govt .....

Trump however set himself apart by calling out John McCain as not being a war hero - because he was shot down over Vietnam and held captive for 6 years. Coming from Trump who used 5 deferments to keep himself from having to serve in that same conflict. People in the military notice that kind of thing - the Generals. It rankles.

McCain is not a war hero. Veterans know him as "Songbird", for good reason. Maybe you missed that memo. McCain even admitted that it was true, in his book about Vietnam.

McCain flew over 20 missions before he was shot down, he was one of the highest ranking officers shot down hence was a bigger prize and bigger target for the VC in terms of having the best intelligence information. I agree. It's easy to criticize, but the world would be a scary place without them being so strong.

I wouldn't have went in the first place, as I don't support any war. So I guess I align close to Trump. Have no interest in becoming a state-sanctioned murderer.

But, many of McCain's men believe he should have swallowed a bullet before he started 'singing'.
