    primary elevator stocks

Relying on CGC data, I really get pissed when they make "adjustments". Last week's report showed deliveries into the elevator system to have dropped off significantly, but total stocks went up significantly.
So I asked about it. Apparently, a large company had misreported and this week the correcting adjustments went in.

Ok - so now the widening spreads are making more sense. but it sure would have been nice to have better information. Dollar decisions are being made on the basis of this stuff!

      Thanks for sharing this information.

How much money would have someone selling grain last week been off because of the incorrect reporting?

Last week was payment day....it's considered the John deere low in the states.

Now the fun should start....January contracts yet to be cleaned up ....railways at about 600000 tonnes to the west coast....boats waiting. ...better widen the basis....

Last year the Domestic disappearance for week 43 was raised. Don't think it was even acknowledged

Good news Bucket. The west coast ship count dropped seven last week. Only 37 now

Makes one wonder how many other issues that CGC is suppose to be monitoring and have let go to self regulation and monitoring that are inaccurate or misleading. Thinking of Nabor Seeds bond etc.

What I find more interesting is the drop in YTD domestic use in the last reported week this year.
                You can't un-crush canola.

Farmers supply weekly crop reports and production reports and the industry provides nothing and is unregulated. ....absurd.

                        That is fraud!
Sue the employee and company. CGC and commodity groups should be leading . Sad focus on trying to maximize revenue trade shows travel marketing etc and forget or don't know reducing expenses is fastest way to maintaining competitiveness and profitability.

Maybe the CGC could get someone to walk over to the "large company" and ask them what's going on

Meanwhile back at the CGC they are fretting about what to do with the $100M that they have laying around
