Wow....the possibility of it staying out even longer will only make it uglier. Delay seeding in some cases. Will need two crews this spring...a spring harvest crew and a seeding crew. I think alot of fields with crop left out on them will be burned black this spring.
All that being said....when we went to pick up a trailer at rb auction Edmonton in the beginning of March I thought we were going to see way more crop still out. Very little along #11 between Regina and Sktoon. A bit more along #14 between Sktoon and Provost. Along highway 13 Alta, once you got out of the hills east of Provost and into crop country (Tom4G3's stomping ground-looks productive Tom) through to Camrose there was even a bit more out but still not as much as I thought we'd see. Maybe alot more along different routes and areas????
