all the traffic everyday seeing the bypass being built is like having a thousand billboards around Regina saying this is where we screwed up now you have to pay for our screw up.

all they have to do is put a toll on the dam thing until it is paid for by the user's. this province is so far behind on infrastructure because of the socialist idea that everyone in the province must pay for it.

Regina is allowing things to be built around the airport and ipsco. ....imho a very bad urban plan....the costs go exponentially higher for a new airport or evraz pulls the pin.....

They could build to the southeast...
