For North America, it is evident to me that a longer frost free year is advantageous, as is more numerous heat degree days. I, therefore, encourage all the climate alarmists to keep on pumping all the GHGs they can into the atmosphere as they venture on their way to the next march meeting place destination that will save our planet. Job well done, but please crank it up faster. I'm still to damn cold.

No kidding, we should NEVER have been part of this horseshit idea, instead cheered the possibility!

Where's the uproar over fukishima! We are losing the entire pacific ocean and we don't hear a peep from the environazis. Get your priorities straight you've been brainwashed. Stop calling coal and petrol evil we do not need more nuclear catastrophes.Last edited by biglentil; Apr 23, 2017, 20:43.

Also what about the billions of gallons of sewage cities world wide are putting into the rivers lakes and oceans. We can live in a world with a perfect climate but without water it pretty hard to survive and yes the radioactive material in the Pacific is a real catastrophe but funny nobody cares just wait a few years till cancer rates explode.

I thought the crooks are screaming about a DEGREE or TWO, now you are up to 7?

There is quite a difference between "an average" and a "range of variation". While 2 degrees is talked about as an average global temperature increase this will be made up of cold spells and hot spells. So not unlikely to see more spells of temperatures +/- 10C off "normal" averages. If you think hot and dry won't affect you ask Burnt how the corn crop fared in Ontario last summer.

Crops burn up every now and then, but it has been a while. Note the record world wheat stocks for example
I will not debate that human activity has changed the weather patterns. But if it is to be assumed that humans have hastened change and now think that they can fix it then arrogance is alive and well in the scientific community.
