Ah your forgetting your comment. Aren't you.

I get you hate the sask party your blood boils any time they do anything.

So tell me what your precious NDP would do if they were in power.

Oh let's look to Alberta and their NDP on the non harvest from last year. Ah nothing but you put NDP on a podium and say they are great.

I'm saying NDP will say anything to get elected then once in power concentrate on cities and forget the rural.

Partner I agree with you totally no one gives a rats ass about rural both fed and prov. JT brought in more immigrants than all the farmers in sask ah we really do mean nothing. The sask hit rural hard with the tax on inputs like insurance that I hate.

Not like Stephen Harper eh? Fact is with what, @35,000 farmers?, Saskatchewan's farm population has been dwarfed by immigration for a long time. Since WW2 most years have seen over 150,000 immigrants arrive and since 2000 it's almost always been over 200,000 per year. Not what you see in small town Saskatchewan maybe but that is the reality of our country.

Grassfarmer, I think Sk3 is confused on the 25000 Syrian refuges Justin let in, not realizing there were appox 280000 immigrants that came Canada as well for 2016. That would be a third of Sask current population. Refuges and immigrants two different categories!

Not sure why he threw that in to begin with anyways, other than to deflect the criticism direct at his buddy Brad Wall for not helping out flooded farmers in Sask.

I would note that it is the Saskatchewan agriculture department's weekly crop report that estimated that five percent won't be seeded, not the Western Producer. The newspaper simply reported what the government's weekly report said.
I expect that the agriculture department's report next week will have a better handle on the more recent wet weather and its effect on seeding progress.
The Western Producer is well aware of the wet conditions. On our website we reported on the forecasts for heavy rain last week and will continue to do our own reporting on how the spring campaign is proceeding.

that's the whole problem, anyone in their right mind knows that this is total bullshit , yet it still gets printed. why don't you get out and drive around , do some investigative journalism???????. all we get in news or papers anymore is someone's opinion or spin on what is happening , someone's personal opinion or reprinting bullshit is not news . anyways drive from Saskatoon to smokey burn and count the quarters seeded and the ones not seeded . it's real easy , then print that . that's what journalism is , not this crap . it's real nice reading that crap when you look around and all you see is unseeded land and unharvested land . shit sask won't even get get down to 5% unharvested , let alone 5% unseeded . what a joke. oh and it just dropped another 1/2" on us in 5 mins right out of nowhere

It looks real good trouble is we grow it for seed and it needs some stress in its life to set seed (guess i could set seed good this year as no shortage of stress , lol) years like this you just get hay. Hasnt been a good seed crop here for 7-8 years and lots drowned out where it had 6' of water on it all last summer and fall, but whats there has a nice start and will produce if it gets hot and dry
