the construction around Regina on the bypass will go on a couple years.No amount of ads can counter act the amount of motorists seeing this as a big bill board.Wall government waisted money.Sheer is just a mini Harper.Conservatives were destroyed last election on their minority opinion on many social policies.

fiscal responsibility and corruption is 2 different issues.Last time through Regina timed a semi from #6 hyway to tower road where the bypass goes back onto #1.total of 11 minutes.so maybe the semi may save a couple minutes with the bypass.

Why can't NDP realize the world isn't flat and turns. The city of regina is expanding and needed some sort of bypass like Winnipeg or Calgary etc.

By your comparison I guess a horse and wagon took a day to get to city no big deal than a car taking one hour, it's only a day we have all the time in the world in a NDP world.
