wow, what a good speaker and upbeat ! nice to see !! he is a much better speaker then ah, ah, ah, umm , umm, umm Trudeau . he will win if the socialist msn media doesn't go for his throat . oh , and he has real nice hair , that seems to be a pretty important thing for the "new" electorate, should help . after all that's a pretty important thing if you're going to run s country. the fellow throwing our kids future away should be worried , real worried .

Personally I think the first one will be Trudeau's election to lose. Short of immense economic pain, or revelations of serious corruption, the next election is likely only to decrease the size of his majority.

he appeals to the conservative with hi old stock Canadian views. And that is how he won.But old stock Canadians are a minority in Canada.Do not think he can get enough seats in Quebec as Kevin Oleary also said.

I think Trudeau won on the legalization platform, now doesn't look like he can pull it off, so next election - gone like the wind.

                No he won't beat Trudeau.

                He is a career politician.

That's it... he said "order " as speaker of the house....

Don't really think he knows his constituency.....

And he is originally from the east...

He is a Harper light, but with more right wing reform ideas. Likeable enough but still carrying baggage. Unless Trudeau screws up more he will get one more term. Scheer must show he has a plan to grow the economy and decrease the deficit, something nobody has done. The West will be ignored no matter who is in power.

                    Not a chance.

In spite of the fact that Scheer is morally, intellectually, ethically and ideologically light-years ahead of the airhead drama teacher, that's not what wins elections in Canada.

To win elections in Canada today, the candidate must make outlandish promises that catch the attention of two generations of candy-seeking narcissists, must cater to an urban base that wants only more toys and less responsibilities, and worst of all, cater to tiny but powerful minority of nihilistic, immoral screamers who will stoop to any low level to annihilate anyone who stands for traditional morality and value of life.

Trudeau is Gerald BUTT"S man and fits the above description to a "T".

Might want to hedge your bets and get serious about separation. Kind of doubtful women will swoon over Scheer. Wynne is on a spending spree for the next year, buying as many votes as she can (debt is just a number) and if her and Trudeau get back in, they will milk the West dry to pay for it - guaranteed. But maybe Wall has to lose in court first to realize that SK has no rights in a country full of Liberal governments - just a cash cow that will slowly starve to death.

I think it's possible. If bernier etc don't turn the east on him. Like what I see in early stages anyways wishing him well!!!

If trudeau loses it will be of his own record. All the pot heads that voted for him for legalization will realize by next election how expensive this liberal government is

Well put Burnt , agree totally with this. Trudeau is a chameleon and puts on a show for whichever cause is looking for support and where he thinks he can gain votes at the moment . He um ah um ah doesn't stand for anything .

Heard on the CBC radio this morning the alternate lifestyle community thinks they should not have to leave their night club in Saskatoon to have their "vapes" or whatever they are smoking because it may invade their privacy. They say they want equality but yet want to be have special rights as well, typical left wing hypocrites, right up Trudeaus alley.
