1/2 " here lots of seeding still going on . We had 70 ac left but this will sure help our ugly canola seedbeds we made . Funny how quick that heat and wind dries her out . Lawns are just brown already even after all the rain we had

Got zero here again till this morning, just a light mist .
Always just on edge of it . Starting to get concerned here.
I hate when these weather patterns get stuck .

Are you north of nb? Dad was down at the races last week and was talking to some farmers there and they said it was dry in places around there. We're wet here east of Lloyd. Never been stuck so much. Had to leave fields cause of wet. Our ground can't handle this much water.

Bloody dry pockets. We're usually the dry area. South of us a couple miles it's wetter and land is a bit better then it dries up closer to the battle river. North of us to the north Saskatchewan river it ranges but near the river both sides there has seldom been a failure. Then you get the millionaire strips which even in 2002 got a 6" downpour that made a crop while everyone else got nothing.

Went to Yorkton today on #16, some water in fields but 90% DRY. Yes the T-storm lottery...feast or famine, just please no more flash flood cloud bursts. Bumper crop with drown outs...
Crops variable, a few with terrible germination, absolutely PERFECT section or maybe two of peas E of Foam Lake! Huge fields there well sloped. Any one know who is lucky to farm them?
