I can't remember what year but the Durum was just filling nice and we got sW wind and heat all way up from Phoenix. The crop made day one then day two at the end you could see white and by end of day three all fields were white. It rained a few days later but the yield was small little seed and light.

Morning shower moving east down the valley this morning.

Getting any significant rainfall from a boomer this year is like hitting Lotto Max. Hail insurance for what? I havent seen one towering cumulonimbus. No moisture out west to drive one. Quite the year!

At 5 this morning another cloud came over and poured...not sure how much it amounted to.

We are just put under a severe weather warning! Not a cloud in the sky
