    The Grain trade really lives hand to mouth!

    Funny how all winter we were told Wheat is a shit crop to grow stay away pick something else, get off the wheat train, drop the crop etc etc etc.

    Then Corn will be a useless crop to grow stay away etc etc.

    Then Soy looked so good and all world is soy crazy even half of Saskatchewan farmers are trying some. Sad part most will lose their shirt unless the weather changes because a normal hot August means soy will suck the big one. Thats from 8 years of growing the crop.

    Canola is another lame duck that can't seem to get its feet under the fire and run for the gold.

    So any way does it just not seem the world of grain trade is such a bull shit thing its not even funny. No wonder every single grain company is in the Billionaire club. If its all about a game of hand to mouth and don't really worry we will some where grow a crop to make it.

    I always said if the experts are telling us to stay the f$%K away from a crop grow that crop wall to wall. If they want you to get into growing a certain crop its all about them making a fortune and you doing all work for peanuts.

    Look at every thing from Healthy Bullshit oil to Soft wheat to even Durum now with Italy playing Bull shit games.

    Bullshit games in grain trade happen all the time. India plays the game with insecticides and have to treat or no access but we don't have the bug and grain shipped in -10 to -40 kind of kills almost every single thing that would be in it. Oh its about not wanting to pay for a product you need.

    China plays the oh road block on Disease when the market gets to high and then when it drops they buy up every single bushel and extend the Deal for Grain movement.

    Now italy is Screwing Durum as Canadian durum is bad by local its so good. WTF ours is just as good or better than their shit yet we get screwed.

    Then their is the Bullshit reports from Gov. All is well don't need to stop and look every thing is great walk on. This is done so grain trade can have a head start before they lose money.

    So now Australia and USA and Europe and Wait SA and Russia will have some production problem. Will prices spike a little so farmers just don't hang them selves but the grain trade will continue to feed the bullshit and get us next year to grow wall to wall certain crops and F$%K up the whole system again.

    Ah Grain trade the Market knows Bull shit.

    OH got a $7 dollar offer yesterday for Fall of 2018 wheat dumped in the pit. Yea jumped on that.

    Italy now does buy our durum, for the better quality and the higher protein, to blend with their shitty "traditional" old varieties.
    Only old Italian farmers, who make mega bucks growing crappy quality durum in a protected market are upset,,,, consumers and tax payers, not so much.

        Can you direct me to specifics and even Pic's of this shitty Italian durum? I've never seen it |I know they grow higher yielding. We don't sell to the farmers we sell to end users so why not brag that they are eating Canadian pasta. We would sure brag if we drove an Italian sports car.

          The fact they have to blend Canadian durum to improve the quality and protein of their durum flour, tells me their durum is shitty.
          Only using 40% Canadian durum and calling it Italian is like closing ones eyes and plugging ones ears with their fingers and saying bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla. In some peoples world, what you don't want to know,,, you don't have.
          That's the point, if they're only using 40% Canadian durum, they can still refer the product as Italian. If they were to use 60%, 80% or even 100% and end up with even a better pasta, it would no longer be Italian,,,, and that's a big deal to Italian's and other euro's.

          Simply put, pasta is Italian ! It has cache'
