    It wasn't too long ago when that area was flooded year after year. I used to think that Rafferty had something to do with sucking in the systems - now the systems will not break through the block - or there are no systems. All we get is the wind as they whiz by headed north and east. I would like to hear from Manitoba, say Brandon & south of Winnipeg?
