Unfortunately the MSM journalists no longer do their job and it seems to boil down to 3 possibilities:
1) don't care about the root cause to a problem
2) are incompetent
3) biased and the truth doesn't seem to fit their agenda

There definitely seems to be a disconnect in the news. They used to report more legitimate news about events in Canada. Now they report so much irrelevant fodder like trump and bs celebrity activities. Almost to the point where they want to entertain the people instead of inform them.
As described on a previous post the weather is sensationalized. Whats next? Daylight/darkness alerts?
I have become addicted to the yr.no weather app because I have a work project on the Balkan peninsula. They are eerily accurate there and here.
