Overfishing no matter the reason is still overfishing. The solution is to manage and protect the resource would you not agree? Or do you believe that unlimited resource development should be allowed to happen no matter the consequences? It seems that the thinking on this site is that any concern for the environment wrong and only jobs and the economy matter. I just gave an example with the cod that shows clearly that they are linked.

Seriously! It was overfishing! The seals and polar bears were there long before humans. If they were the problem how was it the Grand Banks were full of fish at the time of human discovery?
