We've been using 30% in our blend to try and get a yield and protein bump through n release later in season without another application. All put down at seeding. Only on year 3 of this plan but feel yields have been better and protein maybe a point higher, probably stands better. (Just experience based, should do actual checks I know) Also doing canola.
Some guys like to run more n later in season but would prefer not to do another pass if this works.
