One thing it's not doing, is moving northward up to the corn belt. I think there were a lot of hopes that it could bring some much needed rain onto the bean crop. Not happening. Most there would be happy to get 5-6", they have the drainage to handle that amount. 30-40", well they can keep that on the coast.
Biglentil, economic boom in the rebuilding, DOW goes even higher, hold on !

One good thing for us is that does not move north .
Anytime a big hurricane comes in that area and moves north towards southern Ontario it pulls cold air down from the far north and we get a frost . If it stays along the gulf we should stay frost free till after the full moon .
Sucks for southern Texas though , that is going to be a a wreck there
