Fractionating aspirator

I was bored one day last winter and built this contraption.


It's powered by a vacuum cleaner... We use it to clean grains for milling and eating


I'm building a big one that's computer controlled with a vfd fan adjustable baffles etc. For cleaning our grain
..


Just thought I'd share.


This one has clean grain and two fractions of light stuff.

Last pics are finished product wheat and peas and pea flour

You are one busy guy, many interests, and lots on the go, bun in the oven, etc
