    dicamba soybeans seem to cause alot of drift damage this year.

      ....careless application? Low water volume...windy days....highly volitile(?) product. Its just not Round-up anymore!

        Seems like dicamba is one of the more volatile products we've used, able to jump up and travel a long way in conditions that appear to be safe.

        Damage is not necessarily wind related, but also induced by temperature and low humidity, as much as 3 days after application.

        That's what makes it a tricky one. And that's why it's called volitilization and not just wind-drift. In the right (or wrong) conditions, it will just jump up off a field and move to where you don't want it to move.

        Some horror stories around here over the years.

          This year Dicamba on dandelions hurt them but they stil bloomed and went to seed. Maybe due to dry conditions?
