I don't really have too much faith in prices rising too much in the near future guys ! Why!!?? Cause the grain companies don't have to. They have a pretty steady stream of guys coming in this time of year pre-buying of fertilizer and chemicals and canola seed for 2018 and they know our breaking point. Also guys have land payments , machine payments , rent, all of it, whatever. So they have the upper hand ! Yields not so good this year, oh well then , you need to put down a little more fertilizer and we can sell you that!Whats that? You say you had a wildoat problem on some of your acres this year? Oh well we can sell you this new super duper advanced wildoat killer , and if you pay before December we will knock off 2%! Ya you get the picture! I said it before on Agriville and I'll say it again. The world is their oyster. It's their boat, it's their ocean. How long can you swim?

There were lots of tools and still are to get decent money for good wheat . Take a Kleenex, wipe your eyes , have a look 👀 and maybe think for yourself instead of crying over the useless CWB that is dead and will stay that way .

A lot of wheat was priced at much higher prices and there are lots of options of cheaper herbicides than what they sell if you can quit complains and look around a bit . They will only have the upper hand if you let them , now different than any other business.

It's no different than P&H and Cargil last May 28th saying buy next years fertilizer before June 1st it going up !! Well 5 days later it went down , if your dumb enough to fall for their b/S than I guess the world is their oyster.

If you think that you are ever going to get the "tools" as you call them , to get the upper hand or even catch up to Big Business, you are either too young or to naive yet to understand that big business Always comes out on top . And now that I've had a double whiskey and chilled a bit , I will tell you FurtowTickler , that I do respect your line of thinking ,,,,some of the time, just not on the topic of CWB. No one will every get the tools to get the upper hand on big business, that's impossible and never implied by me . You just got to look at their song .
