                  This what canola looks like after a frost when it was still green . ...

                  Not sure if we swathed it too early after the frosts or what , but it ain't pretty .
                  15-20% green yet.
                  Those early September frosts kicked it hard.

                        Sell it in late Feb early March...they can make St. Patrick's Day canola oil....extra value!

                          If it keeps, may need to freeze dry it. We have some like that but I think we can mix it off.
