    Dyno;

    WHy go after Earmorewheat?

    Very interesting that Ontario farmers have marketing choice, that they had the opportunity to hedge Very HIGH prices through the OWPMB in the fall of 2002 for fall of 2003 delivery, when the CWB refused to offer these same marketing options to we "designated area" farmers.

    When will we Western "designated area" growers be given our freedom to risk manage our assets, for instance just get a cash price... today, when I know the quality and quanity of grain I have to sell... instead of in July before I know what I will produce.

    Seems to me Dyno going after Ontario folks is a bit spitefull... especially when you know legally I cannot sell my human consumption wheat to Eatmorewheat without paying the CWB a large pound of flesh to do the buyback... maybe $80-90/t to the pooling accounts DYNO?

      Man Everest and Tom4cwb the veneer is thin on you guys, if there is a hint, even a hint of a view contrary to your own you go snaky. Don't you ever wonder why no one can take you seriously? Your debating skills are matched only by your sensibilities.

        Dyno;

        Name calling Now NOW;

        Looks like the truth hurts DYNO;

        I ask but one thing...

        Stay out of my bank account(and those other farmers who need to risk manage their own assets as well) and all our lives will be much simplier.

        Or do we all owe you a living DYNO?

          I don’t know why, but as evidenced by the discussion in these threads, suspicion, derision, and mordant, acerbic language seem to accompany a lack of respect for the right of individuals to make their own choices.

          The price someone is willing to pay is not necessarily circumspect, nor should it be ridiculed. We have, or should have, a choice to simply and quietly go elsewhere. Differences in opinion, differences in business approach, or differences in political views should be respected. Debate can, and indeed should be tolerant and enlightened. Yet I continually see this indubitable tie between a lack of respect for property and a lack of respect for differing views. I find those who respect the rights of others to make their own choices, are more respectful generally in communications and transactions with their colleagues.

          If I understand Tom4CWB correctly, all he wants is the ability to manage his own affairs. He does not want to manage or interfere in the affairs of others. He does not want to impinge on the rights or property of others.

          He is asking that each of us be just as respectful. And so am I.

            TOM4cwb, not really sure what your interpretation of name calling is, but I fail to see where that occured on my account. Mind you, after observing some of the acid that has spewed from your keyboard against folks who differ from your point of view, one name I certainly can't call you is a christian.

              Individuals like eatmorewheat should be encouraged with our 'good luck wishes' to start new companies. Small companies should be supported by good will and be praised. This is the path Canada must take if Canadians want to prosper.
