    US system is very load by load with limited blending if any. Canadian system is a lot more focused on what the total end product is and very open to blended deals.
    Blending usually done by marketers. We have 7 segregations at our local elevator.

    Farmaholic protien 12.7 is actually around average.
    Milling wheat buyers prefer 11.5 to 13% H2 or our standard milling wheat APW which is 10.5 to 11.5%.

    The above is australian general purpose agp and use in feed and milling situations and this could be blended with say h1 wheat 13% and above. There is no protien limits on downside on agp got downgraded in this instance becaus eof sanils

        Re gluten test it doesnt actually affect the price but more of a guide for buyers who buy out of the elevator it will showed stacked average of gluten in a 3000 tonne bunker for example. Its a measure of how the wheat will perform in dough making stage.

        Theory it may give australian wheat a slight edge in market as we are the only ones who test every load. Only started in 2017 gotta keep ahead of canadians somehow in the market
