Thank the good Lord, someone was there with a hand out to pick you up. Things can look so dreary, yet can look totally different the next day. We have all gone through some dark tunnels and it's no crime to reach out. A friend of ours is a counsellor and no one that I know has a darker tunnel then she has, though she goes to work every day offering encouragement to others and she tells us that it soothes her soul to help others. And you what not believe wahat she's gone through. Some days I wonder how she exists yet she has strength to offer others. 👍Good Work BP

See, the thing is. Stress is a necessary part of life. Some is natural, some unnatural or extraordinary.
How we respond to it is the trick. True disorders notwithstanding. Keep an open mind. Hope this helps.

Yep lots of stress in our lives and works these days. Have a good friend, we'll educated, smart, handy has a great wife and family, one day checked himself into mental hospital (no one had any idea he was in trouble) and spent a couple months there. Got out and on with life and doing great. I'm proud of him and his choices. I doubt that if it were me in that situation that I would have been able to seek help like that on my own.

I did have to laugh at Bell's let's talk initiative. Try calling Bell about your bill or service that's enough to give you stress, anxiety and depression with just one call!!!

I have had close family struggle with depression. We got some medical help, made some changes in lifestyle, more sleep and got to a better place. Ask for help, don't suffer in silence.
