I was wondering how your bible camp directors would know this, if it was not a "tick the box" answer demanded on an application form.

Do you need to know all the answer for hiring, much like the government needs to know certain answers for groups to receive funding, or can parts of your application form be left blank without fear of being rejected?

    Just asking. Thank you.

I presume you mean our camp hiring applications..

We know this, because when we select staff, we want to know where they stand with their belief. No atheist has ever applied. Why would they? It would be like a christian applying for a job at an abortion clinic...

This is a BIBLE camp after all. A place that atheists generally laugh at and look down their noses at. There are certainly questions about where they stand with God, where their faith is at, where they have come from, why they would be a good cabin leader, etc.

Some answer in three words, some answer in two pages, but so far all have answered our simple questions. Mostly because these are christian kids, who have a heart to serve others and give kids a good time, and show them alternatives to drugs and alcohol as one small example.

Now, If we got an application back from an atheist, we would find that strange. I doubt it will ever happen, it would make no sense to me.

Don't count on it. Because we know that progressives have deliberately targeted Christian businesses and institutions with the sole purpose of destroying them.

Although there seems to be a complete dearth of examples of them doing this to Muslim interests.

      Strange, that...

I know, right. We are not counting on it. We HAVE had some pointed questions in the past year or two. A different world lately indeed.

I'm sure you could find someone to "tick the box" for the directors of your bible camp that won't do it.

Under the circumstances, I find your insistence on knowing though forms the details of an applicant to be just as troubling as a federal public funding application to know what is on your mind.

I've known student atheists who have interned in the Catholic School system, who have had multiple times more student exposure, than any summer student would have in a Bible camp setting, with Catholic kids, and other teachers who were hired for full thirty year teaching careers in their system who were not of their faith. I doubt anyone was subverted. There are ways of getting in Bible study without eliminating otherwise fully qualified summer students in all other respects.
