Nov to march 28c to 40c with odd spell of 40 plus so alot of summer moisture is lost.

That is a fair bit of rain. Would be too much here...half the year's moisture freezes snd stored in snow banks the becomes available within three weeks during spring thaw then June is our true monsoon month, then the July /Aug rain lotto. Our season is short....90-120 day crops. But it would sure be nice to have some reserve in the soil bank.
