Thinking about Mulligan fuels and got wondering can anyone tell us how Naber's investigation turned out?

I heard they have not paid for any canola since October. They let a couple guys go a couple months ago for stealing from the company. Guess they were depositing your canola cheques into their bank accounts.

This is a plant that should be part of the industry....

Much like that cow slaughterhouse in moose jaw...

It has to be part of the industry if you want those industries here.

Get new management ....get a loan from the government or checkoff dollars and let it be a crusher of last resort or build it to compete ....

It seems there has to be a viable business there....

Yes I agree how about some government grants instead of loans and grants to those that don't need it. This is huge in some years.

If they have a few million left the manager from pikeys outfit can show them how to walk away with something and pay next to nothing to the people they owe. Maybe even write some articles on how easy it is to do. Lol

We hauled some there about 10 days ago.

Cheque came in the mail yesterday, I guess we will see if it goes through.

Is this a viable business? If so it could be an opportunity for an ambitious entrepreneur. Access to feed stock doesn’t seem to be an issue but can it make money if done correctly?

It seems it should be an outlet even for the big graincos when something goes wrong in their system .....or bin bottoms ...or mixups . ...

Can't believe it wouldn't be making money....thought they had just expanded not long ago...

The article refered to a RCMP investigation. What was the outcome of it? How deep did they go did they investigate as to why the CGC hadn't been monitoring that they had adequate bond?
Shouldn't RCMP be called in again if there is farmers that don't get paid, would seem like theft to me. Bond or no bond. No other industry would let buisnesses get away without paying suppliers.

Their products were quite expensive comparably.
