Quick to diagnose, prescribe and medicate these days? I'm sure there are legitimate needs in some cases.

Add in the mind numbing addictive violent online gaming habit of cellar dwellers.....

I don't like to point this out but there are silent weapons. Automatic firearms should be very difficult and impossible for the general public.
I do believe in personal protection.
Maybe schools will have to have armed security.
Mental illness is the cause.

I don’t think there is a need for fully automatic guns but I don’t think gun control will solve the problem. They will find illegal guns or other methods to kill people if they want to. If it’s homemade bomb or driving a bus or something into people or whatever works to kill people they will find a way.

As soon as you put a sign on any building (school, cafe, library, etc.) that says 'Gun-Free Zone', you just made it real tempting for anyone hearing voices in their head.

Remember how controlling illegal marijuana use in this country was such a resounding success and we now have a drug free country! Oh...wait.
