Seventeen students and staff gunned down in Parkland, one of the riches municipalities in all the USA! So let's see if money does talk, will gun laws change?

When Trump was campaigning, he yapped about getting rid of guns and violence in the inner cities, Parkland in no inner city.


Mass shootings a monthly occurrence in the USA, and yet nothing changes. Walk into a gun show and buy an assault rifle, just like buying a gallon of milk.

"The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms and was adopted on December 15, 1791, as part of the first ten amendments contained in the Bill of Rights."

Isn't it time to review something that is 226 years old? Were there assault rifles back then? How many mass shooting were taking place back then, with those muzzle-loaders?

The one constant in all these shootings is our Thoughts and Prayers are with the victims and their families. Got to love those gun lobbyists!

I don't know if being religious or even having faith in anything will stop the shootings.

I believe it is more of societal ill than a lack of belief in God and or lack of faith.

If humans were left to their own devices it would be an even scarier place to live, enter social engineering.

Then add in the mental illness factor.

Local police department and FBI have a lot of explaining to do for not taking warnings seriously.
Attorney General has now opened an investigation on why FBI didn’t respond to the warnings.

Americans have taken the gun rights to a ridiculous level. Concealed carry and easy access to guns that are easily converted to automatic or left alone as semiautomatic with 100 round clips. Getting rid of all guns doesn't work either though. Mexico is right next door, they are not allowed guns, and look at their homicides.

Can you imagine the chaos....it would be like a wild west shoot out...bullets flying in every direction. But the armed guards and teachers might serve as a deterrent to some would be shooters.

Forage , the gun is the logical thing to blame , but if they outlaw guns , it's not going to help . It's a sign of the times. Having said that , can't imagine why any normal person needs an assault rifle ? Or an automatic weapon ? These are designed for killing people , get rid of the f$&king things , make them highly illegal , for soldiers only

That Bible Camp that your running this summer are the the teachers there going to pack heat? It could easily happen in Sk. Why take a chance. Besides giving a hand gun to a teacher when there is total chaos in the school, how many students would accidentally get shot from friendly fire. Oh ya but you'll put the spin on it that the shooter would think twice about going to the school.

I can't understand how a so called Christian can advocate shooting another human being. Does the

Agreed with what you said about assault weapons, but the NRA runs the show down in the USA, and the GOP needs those massive contributions during election time. Never happen with Trump that's his voting base.
