What % of EDC deals actually involve having the foreign party actually coming up with actual $USD to make good on their promises? I suspect that EDC involves a lot of exporting to the taxpayers. This one just got in the press. The big problem with exports is that practically every potential customer is either already broke or is going broke. They are just good at spinning a tale.
