Really reckon the above may only make $300 per acre will see. Covered in cooch you guys may call it quack grass and another issue which you guys may never have heard of "non wetting sand"

Haha no never heard non wetting sand but if it’s like the little containers of “magic sand†my kids buy Tu better start packing that stuff up and selling it

I had to look up non wetting sand, interesting,never heard of it here, but who knows. We farm some black sandy loam that can be really productive but also a pain when it rains too much and the water table is high.
turning that impermeable layer looks to be a solution in this one case

To me non wetting sand sounds like poor quality concrete. Is it a soil type that sets up like cement? Impermeable.
