Old news. That fact is well known and is the reason Canuckistan will cease to exist in the next 30 yrs. There is no fix to this problem.

Back in peeaires day the solution was to inflate your way out of the problem. Throw in the NEP and make the west pay for it. 18% interests rates insured that the wealth would be protected if not enhanced and again the pissants would pay. If justin gets a second term this will all repeat. I know the majority of you have all did this but for the slower progressives on here it bears repeating
