Do not close your mind to the idea of treating drug use as a medical condition. What we have now is not working. Portugal has a model which needs to be looked at. Unless you wish to use the Phillipine model and just execute everyone. It is probably cheaper to treat it as a medical problem than throw everyone into jail. Just remember how prohibition worked and what we have now. Is it really that different?
