I wonder how wheat classes will fix the pre harvest issue...

The transport issue...

The "our wheat is continually getting worse as far as baking quality" issue...

The buyers don't see us as reliable issue.

And the we are the highest cost producers in the world issue.


I predict it won't be long and the large multinationals (ADM, Bunge, LDC, Cargil) will leave Canada.


Their presence here is miniscule compared to most of our conpetitors anyway.

We have to be shrewd though. Buyers always want more for less. If they think they have an issue (milling/baking qualities) some may milk it for all it's worth.

In a world with billions of people to feed, buyers need to be reminded not to get too picky.
