Sad Sad Day in Toronto and Canada

Ten innocent people dead and 15 more injured. What motivates such actions, hard to wrap ones head around what took place. Poor families and victims.

Lone police officer making the arrest showed such restraint from pulling the trigger when the driver made the action of pulling out a gun. What a hero!

Blah Blah Blah here comes the liberal spin.

The police officer should have shot the fool right between the eyes.

Saved Canada millions in free law for this fool,

    Free medical

    Free mental health

    Free protection

Jail to feed house and keep.

    One bullet priceless.

By not shooting the suspect it opens up the opportunity for more of the same.

The guy wanted to die by a police bullet....fake gun or not....mental impairment of the suspect or not....its not OK to give permission to continue this nonsense....there has to be consequences.

        Sk 3"

Blah Blah Blah here comes the liberal spin."

Never said what I would have done or what I think should have been done. Was just making a comment on how the police officer handle it, which was extremely professional.

Ten Canadians are mowed down and are dead and you Sk3 you turn it into politics.

            There is politics in everything....

Sure the police officer handled it right by not suffering the consequences of taking a life but it could have went the other way if it was a real gun....

Then what would have been the result?????

Still no reason for any of this but I guess everyone gets their 15 minutes of fame.

The officer risked his own live and others by not taking the perp down. The officer got lucky imo. The terrorist will likely be back on the streets in a few years.

Yea its terrible , sad to say there is going to be lots more. The problem with the police is that they are scared to protect themselves . Always people wanting to persecute them . Unfortunately it is compromising their ability to make the snap decisions they need to . And no their decisions wont be always right but no one is perfect and they are trying to do a job . This could be seen in florida recently when some cops stayed back and an armed gaurd stayed outside . Probably not that they’re scared but that they cant handle the shitstorm that comes after putting one of these lowlifes out of their misery

Quite remarkable that the cop held up. I had to wonder a couple of things - did he see that the perp didn't actually have a gun? And you gotta wonder how much the Sammy Yatin shooting thing is lurking in the back - or perhaps the front - of their thinking?

What a mess it makes of so many lives. How many more are there walking among us?

Assuming the officer was acting/reacting, not thinking as we know it.
