    Pulse Canada is a member of the Canadian Special Crops Association who are supposed to follow
    A Code of Conduct

    Note: I personally added ••......•• to encase the parts I'd like you to pay particular attention to:

    CSCA CODE OF CONDUCT
    1.1 This Code of Conduct does not take precedence over any national laws but is intended to set a minimum standard of conduct, which all Members are expected to observe both in ••spirit and to the letter••.
    1.2 Any Member found to have acted contrary to any provision of this Code or any other Code of Conduct or to their spirit may be subjected to ••disciplinary action••

    .
    General Code of Conduct For All Members
    2.1 Members are reminded of their obligation under the Articles of Association to further, to the best of their ability, the ••objects, interests and influence of the Association••.
    2.2 Members are reminded to comply with the laws and regulations relating to the merchandising, inspection, grading, weighing, storing, and handling and shipment of special crops and pulses.
    2.3 Members are responsible for any ••acts of employees and sub-contractors••, which may be representing them, which are contrary to any provision of this Code or any other relevant Rules or Codes of Conduct,•• or their spirit••.
    2.4 CSCA members are committed to ••ethical professional conduct•• and operate in good faith on the premise, “My Word is My Bond”, as per the GAFTA motto.
    2.5 Members’ and/or their appointed agents’ conduct must be guided by basic rules of professional ethics and common law principles∗. Members will adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, in order to uphold and ••advance the integrity, honor, and dignity of the trading profession.••
    1.0 General

    Common Law Principles
    1. The common law is based on the Golden Rule of Ethnics of Reciprocity, which states: Do unto others as you would have done unto you;
    And the Negative Golden Rule, which states:
    Do not do unto others as you would not have others do unto you
    2. Two fundamental principles of common law:
    • Do not ••infringe upon the Rights, Freedoms or Property of others••; and
    • Keep all contracts willingly, knowingly and intentionally.
    3. These maxims in common law, which include:
    • That for every wrong there is a remedy
    • The end does not justify the means;
    • Fundamental principles cannot be set aside to meet the demands of convenience or to
    prevent apparent hardship in a particular case;
    • Ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking the law;
    • Two wrongs do not make a right, and,
    Probably the most fundamental right of all is:
    • One can enlarge the rights of the people, however they cannot be taken away without
    their ••informed consent••.

    Farmers are paying for lobbyists against logging, it appears. Stand up and look after you checkoff money. No one else is. Or sign a petition and reduce it. Your directors are useless. Most likely taking holidays on your dime.

    To repeat, I added •• ........... •• where I wanted you to think about.

    As always, Pars.

      You may want to address some of the ••...•••. for example:

      1. ••objects, interests and influence of the Association••

      Soooo, when did lobbying against logging, become Pulse Canada's "object"?

        Thanks for posting Pars, it’s important to be reminded of goals and objectives.

        Will you run for directorship Pars this fall/winter?

          Farmers needs directors who put 🇨🇦 first. Read that again. And then again

          The Global Pulse Confederation is in Dubai. I'm sure they have lots of farmers growing pulses around Dubai.

          GOC is financially supported by:

          Pulse Canada
          Sask Pulse Growers.
          AGT Food Ingredients.
          Canadian SpecialCrops Assocation
          Arbel
          Etc. I clicked through every thank you pop up and recorded the groups who support the org in Dubai.

          Incest is so very distasteful.

          My observations from my reading:
          All of them think your pulse dollars belong to them. Spending is out of control. Not any of them can balance books.
          This is what I'd tell my friends:
          Take your godamn industry back. You really don't think they care about you, Do you? Or about the continuity of your families in Ag? They don't. You are dhimmis.

          Remember when the CWB ran fancy parties for the CBC with your money? Because they could? Because your money 💰 belonged to them?

          One of the 2016-2017 predictions I read was Sask wld be 2M short from checkoff funds they needed. And that was even tho the acres had soared. Slime are big spenders.

          http://saskpulse.com/about/board-of-directors/

          Make sure you get ppl you trust to run in the fall elections who are interested in cleaning up the industry. Get candidates, a calling list, callers,campaigners, some cash, and do it now. Every single day make a phone call. Replace every single director who is running. Your banker will be counting on it. And so will your kids.

          I truly am aghast. Pars.

            Financials.

            I'll take a look when I have a good meal and a good sleep. Right now, I don't have the stomach for sleeze and bullshit. Maybe a bunch of farmers need to hire someone to do a business forensic audit on where your money goes. And what people are getting paid. Av salaries. Odd expenditures. Evaluations. It would be worth your while.

            And no, I'm not looking for a job. I have my cats and parsnips. pars

                  How do these banks, bureaucrats and politicians get led down the garden path while local processors trudge along day after day, collect their “f” levy and never even get a thank you. Where is the justice in all the corruption going on everywhere? Opportunity knocks - right?

                    Oh. Sum dum, Saskatchewan farmers have to vote to make he checkoff voluntary. A conpulsory checkoff predictably enables the Schemers to pass motions to to build bigger troughs. As well anyone handling the pulses, as you pointed out, dont even get a thanks even though they are actually paying a tax via the labour they must pay to kä eep track of the pulses they handle. We'll have to have a perogi making session ranting as we roll the dough. 😊Pars

                      Look at this bucket; two glimpses of Huseyin Arslan:

                      Canadian farmers must choose their business partners more carefully. Pars
