Wrote to his office a few years back during wheat board debate and asked what Canada response should be if US said it was creating own wheat board or equivelant.
Got answer back a couple months later saying we should tell them to go ahead.

When “investigations” smack of cover-up, it leaves ones imagination to wonder what is being covered up.
