Normally I feel sympathy for politicians, having their private lives drug out in public, media scrutinizing every detail of their lives and every word they've ever said, but in this case, he deserves every criticism and hopefully criminal charges, not only for this event either. My in-laws are her visiting from Russia. This morning FIL asked about the assault and what has happened since, it is in their media lately, and apparently they are reporting that there is a petition on the subject(not sure what that would accomplish). So I checked what our media has had to say. I couldn't find anything since early July. They were quite astounded that we would whitewash and forget so quickly.
