What comes after Trump??

If it were up to me, what comes after Trump would be Trump again. I know that is not good for Canada in the short term, and I know he is a despicable person, but as his pro business policies attract business back to the US from all the socialist countries, and as the US economy prospers compared to the socialists who are losing the jobs, it will eventually force the socialists and their voters to reconsider and might just turn this boat around before it is too late.

Just imagine, if instead of going to trade talks with gender neutral niceties, we just matched the tax and regulation cuts word for word and had a tax war instead of a trade war, and let business decide which jurisdiction is most business friendly.

You are making too much sense to focus on Canada's economic best interests. We now balance the budget from the heart out with Trudeau in charge.

Why match the USA tax and regulations when you can make the issues to focus on in NAFTA talks carbon taxes, gender equality, aboriginal issues, polar bears, solar panels, etc.

Watch for other automakers to make a move into US manufacturing if they want to have a presence in the US market.

As I said before, all this whiney shit can be avoided. Either Trump completely seals the Northern border, nothing in or out. OR Drama boy says "ok, no more tariffs or subsidies on anything, match us."

Either way, trade would be solved in a week.

But I really don't give a ****. It makes for damn good TV and doesn't affect my life in the least. I was told to **** off and eat shit for over 5 years on May 20, 2003, so I don't give a shit what happens to the people and their precious jobs. They elected morons who can't negotiate, now live with their stupidity until 2019.
