This is only NASA data and has a caveat regarding accuracy.

The have been doing an upgrade for the last 3+ years for unknown reasons.

I just used the ocean surface temp chart using any 2 year overlay.

Must have been a boring job.

They show nothing to me.

But they do have that caveat.

Then, magically, the third warmest year ever, becomes the warmest year ever with some caveats? As nature continues to refuse to cooperate with the alarmists, we will soon see headlines such as, warmest year ever that ends in a 3, with a solar eclipse, in an odd decade, in which the Yankees didn't make it to the world series, and the Republicans controlled the senate...

You see the decade of the 1980s had 3 - THREE - El Nino years! 1982/83, 1986/87 and 1987/88.

And in June 1988 James Hansen gave his BS testimony to the US govt that started the Worlds Greatest Hoax.
The entire CO2 'end of the world' heating was based on flawed data INTERPRETATION and ignorant greedy scientists and senators.

And that's why even NASA could not find the evidence to support their theory for 20 years.
NASA finally admitted that WATER VAPOUR plays an important in the making of our weather in a 2008 press releaser.

To me, water vapour is the only thing. All weather is determined by the presence of water vapour in the air.
Too much, like atmospheric rivers, cause floods or blizzards in cold weather.
The absence of water vapour in the air is called drought.
In reality, the sun's output is what determines the amount of water vapour.
