The reason for the Friday deadline is that 90 days are needed for signing. In 90 days Mexico gov changes and don't want this deal.

Meaning don t sign and we then have Mexico more favourable to our positions.

So you dont sign the deal and put the other $400B worth of trade in jeopardy because of some dairy farmers. Nice principles...

You make a bloody deal in the interests of all canadians. You sign the bloody thing because you virtue signaled your opportunity away a year ago.

We sell $100B of oil to the americans every yr. They have their own supply you know. They could turn it on anytime.

In 91 days, the new leftist gov't in Mexico will say, "Hey se~nor, we can make those cars waaaay cheaper in Mexico then they can in southern Ontario,,,,,how about moving those plants down here, we have lots of workers !!!"

If that ever happen, Ontario would forever be a have not province, and Liberals will never be elected federally again.

Canada will sign a deal before the weekend is over, they'll compromise on dairy, but they won't end SM. Dairy will get a cheque from the taxpayers of Canada !(to add to their millions in quota assets)

Oh I see this is a i m worried about oil thing? Hahahaha oil definitely can take care of itself. They have limited supply we have much more they want to fk that up not a chance scare tactics aren't any way to go into any deal. Real adults would have had all 3 at the table but the 2 year old someone must have told him about he 90 days so he s shitting his pants bluffing again.

This is about getting as good as we ve had or better not about panicking because The 2 year old is going to be mad because he s going to be sent to the corner. Hahahaha

The world does not end without this deal. No way in hell may states will agree in fact many states will go nuts if we aren't in the deal.

I don't care one way or the other about supply management except to say they subsidize so grossly more that it's not even an issue. But I will say their system has many problems with waste in the milk system. And why do we continually want to rely on another country for our food supply anyways?

Black Friday sales are great!! Hahaha

In the end since we aren't there negotiating maybe the deal will be good maybe not we shouldn't be signing just to appease a dim wits deAdline. We have way more clout by not signing.

Oh Canada-even if we stand on guard with our purple leotards on riding our purple milk cows, we can’t save you now.

Pisses me off cause most First Nations along the route are for the pipeline. Environmentalists got to a few and fed enough fear. The rest see the benefits outweigh the risks. It’s a slap in the face to First Nations to hitch their horse to this. Lot of native guys I know who work are in the patch and are pissed off about this. Time to identify the true ****ers behind all this. The saudis, Russians and US oil buyers. Americans have a lot of oil but we have a lot more. American oil won’t last forever without Canada pumping cheap oil down there. Russians oil is costly enough to produce and ship too and another player like Canada is direct competition for the type of oil produced. All oil isn’t the same. NAFTA or not USA needs our oil. Maybe not as much as it appears now but in the long term for sure. Aside from the dingbats in power and environmentalists with a credent ear from the afformentioned fools, we are a stable close ally to America. Trump will be long gone in 6 years, hopefully Trudeau sooner and a new set of problems to face. But they will still need our oil. There was a reason for a ban on American oil exports.
