U.S. - Mexico Trade Deal Will Never Happen

Time for a reality check.

Human rights issues, interests of minorities and Canadian values have long been part of trade agreements that Canada has negotiated.

Furthermore most of you imply that Canada went into the NAFTA negotiations with these human rights issues instead of trade issues - did it not occur to you that they were simply added onto the trade requests Canada was making?

Truth is NAFTA was working just fine, the Americans were not disadvantaged under it as they've always had the biggest hand at this negotiating table because of their economic size. Trump comes along and starts yapping how everybody has treated the US unfairly. Most of the posters on here have so much hate on Trudeau and his Government that they side with a foreign country that is trying to do down Canada which will ultimately hurt our country and Canadian citizens. Time for some of you to reflect on whether you want to see Canada do well or poorly. Siding with Trump will hurt Canada and it won't get rid of Trudeau. You all get the chance to vote him out at the next election.

I am not siding with Trump, I am just telling you our fool is just that a fool and his court. Who goes to a trade deal and uses as there opening statement Native rights, Environment and Gender Equality. The USA sent negotiators and we sent three fools.

No our politicians don't have a right to tell other countries how to live. Especially in the case of all these third world areas we send billions to while our homeless, seniors on welfare etc exist.

I also stand corrected I wasn't aware our trade policy forced Florida to have a third bathroom. Was that before the current government or just recent. I ve never see a third bathroom in my visits there?

Where is the list of things that say what we are asking and what they are asking specifically. Are we asking trump to put a third gold shitter in the tower?

Florida does have the best rules when it comes to retiring if your American no Income tax on all Investments.

So sell a farm in ND and retire in Florida all investment money made from the farm sale isn't taxable.

No third bathrooms that I have seen.

Because right now his financial situation he ll have to ask Vladimir for a bigger loan to get it installed no wonder he said he isn't willing to negotiate just dictate.

He isn't the government of Canada either if you want him to dictate how we live which is what he's trying to do just sign what ever he says.
