Sorry to hear mustard, hopefully the hail coverage was up to 100%. Drought sucks just as bad as to Wet.

First quarter of canola done yesterday..... -8 from last year's average. Liquor sales are gonna go through the roof around here if this is average

            Durum so far. Averaging 16
            G lentils. 13
Flax I’ll let you know but looking at Seed Size,it won’t be good.

            Been there-done dat!

Never want to live it again but who knows what next year will bring? Drought ate at our very soals, but we had farm programs in the eighties and expenses were low so Crop Insurance and special crops pulled us through. Best wishes that prices go up substantially for your crops.

Shower in the morning yesterday took HRS back to tough. Aeration is almost full so do we start the dryer. Its early but dry time is min and then no problem at all. Dry and bag.

Everyone in our area is having issues with HRS coming in dry. The guys that don't spray are doing areas in the field and leaving big areas. Swath guys are hoping it doesn't rain and screws it up.

              Still need 7 days down.

              Some sprayed and are swathing.

But we're all moving forward but slowly.

              Very little canola off.

Looks like Tuesday night is the end of the growing season in Saskatchewan. I can't even blame Trudeau for this one. HAHAHA

Maybe the weather will change. So far the showers have stayed away and full-bore HRS harvest will start for us Monday. We are behind but caught up swathing canola and all spraying is done and just have Swath ground left to spray after crop harvesting.
Frost if heavy could kill off foxtail and thistle making roundup useless.

Harvest for the most part is non existent in NW sask . Most likely nothing will be moving until Tues / Weds .

aeriation pretty much a waste of time here , humidity always to high , even with the nat gas heater
we start drying as soon as combines are rolling , have never regretted it . only thing worse than drying is not going

That humidity starts north of Wynyard, we rarely see any aeration drying. The 40 year old FF still going today, 17.5 wheat yesterday, down 4 points in 50 minutes of heat. Had NG since 1985, paid for install in 1986, every bu including canola was dried. If under 20, and #1, start combining, better than drying feed.

We can do about a bag a day with the dryer and it runs as we sleep new a few years ago quiet one.
