Thank you Viterra head office for reminding me how little business I did at the closed elevator I drive by regularly to deliver to other companies ....that are open earlier and later ...25 super Bs off the combine and counting that would have all gone to the local 10000 tonne facility ...

Thank you Viterra for showing me the light of dealing with other companies...

Thank you P&H for providing a coffee when delivering....
Thank you Richardson and P&H for providing someone to talk to about contracts while waiting...

Thank you for all the stupid politicians that think another grainco consolidation is a good thing when they can't afford the existing road system...

Thank you for the great harvest weather except for the frost....

Thank you for the humility of growing soybeans that melt with a minus 2 frost...

Thank you Viterra for the higher fuel bill delivering my grain...

Thank you MR. Parish and Mr. Heimbecker for thinking my time is worthless when dumping at facility made for horses and wagons.... if you loaded a train as slow as you unload trucks you would be out of business....

Gee Bucket u have a lot to be thankful for! Lol. I hear u on the empty elevator. Total shame that we have to pound down the roads thousands of extra miles a year. Wearing out our machines when CN or CP could drag it down the rails.

Good morning bucket. I m going to start sending in an amonamush op ed letter to news papers about all this. I do the same thing except they closed ours because it was supposed to be better for me to haul further while they take gov grants to build new ones further and further apart.

Thank you to my 18 year old son who loves farming and is helping immensely this year...

Thank you to my wife that is an excellent cook and combine driver...

Thank you for my daughter who rides horses and makes me smile when I see her out in distance...

Thank you for whoever gave me a crop that forced me to buy bins...

Its funny I have great lights on my combine but it seems my operators and I are too ****ing tired to use them...

Its tough this morning and I am up late for my daily drive...enjoying a coffee and off ...

Canola was all down or sprayed well aead of frost....so hard to comment...I didn't grow canola...

Soybeans did take a shitkicking you could see it in the afternoon by the color.....haven't looked close because there's nothing I can do about it....

Really like growing soybeans though...

Nope, not Viterra. Some witch lady first chewed me out for being under, the proceeded to access the future markets and bought a futures contract on my behalf to cover the shortfall. Like for a dollar less a bushel.

I was done then. Just thrilled when Richardson bought them out here.
