Thats not all, china will own it, use their own feedstock from canadian oil companies they own and have all their own workers in there too.

The Chinese own 50,000ac in central B.C. (hay farm, for exporting hay via container), and the workers operating the equipment are all Chinese. They are buying more in Idaho as well for same reason. Apparently lots of hay and equipment fires.
