    The 3rd World

Drone pic taken outside of Fraga, San Louis, Argentina. Middle of nowhere Ag Land.
    (Map below)

That is Routa 7 one of the new "Autopista" 4 lane divided highways. Route 7 is 1300KM of 4 lane built in the last couple of years. Notice the aqueduct for irrigation / drainage water along side the highway, and 3 phase power lines running through the field.

      Meanwhile , locally it’s taken 3 years to repair 2 miles of secondary hiway , 378 .
They are not done yet but maybe next year lol lol . Depends if they can find a crew that is willing to work more than 3-4 hrs per day in between morning coffee, lunch and afternoon coffee / nap time then wrap er up by 4:29 .

Oh you can have a ditch alright. But it has to be approved by the Water Security Agency. Or have someone in your area start a Conservation and Development project and depending on which end of the general drainage area your situated in...you might be dead before the "project" reaches your land. And then you can pay a mandatory levy on some of your land that will have absolutely no benefit from the project.

          Some people suffer from hydrocephalus.

Ohhh , but the project would take an extra 5 years to complete here to study the process of gender neutral workers , and balance of culture environment and climate change . Project costs would Tripple then the project itself would be canceled due to project overruns and continuous protests from speacial interest groups . Leaving tax payers on the hook for 2/3 rd the cost of an unfinished project. Only in Canada 🇨🇦..Ehh ..
