And no im not selling nobody knows there production status or what lies ahead for prices.

Glad i only did 140t wheat and 140t feed barley and yep about $100 per tonne under this but shes becoming the mother of all droughts and chance of showers friday 1 to 5mm then dry for another 3 weeks.

**** it im moving to canada at least you have year round moisture......no offence intended i know you guys are in the pickle as well but other end of the spectrum

PS FBMG is feed barley multi grade if you get malt there is a premium but stuff all

APW MG is apw standard multi grade 10 to 11.5% protien with premium again for higher protien again stuff all.

SFW1 is special feed wheat which means has to be minimum weight but no bottom end on protien. That a feed lots bid.

So basically here wheats wheat and barley is barley not to many premiums people just want grain.

No point even taking it to elevator just sell direct to end user and avoid charges by marketers.

when we have a drought or problems , they just tell us that they will get it from somewhere else. half the Canadian crop isn't off yet . no worries here

You guys had drought last year and snowed in this year often seems to me from afar your market is slow to respond.

Maybe we have bigger domestic market here in australia and have to be self sufficient when there a droughtmarket respponds wereas you guys have usa next door to import from and you have a carryover of grain most years and also undelivered grain on contracts.

And canada is a big place rarely do you have canadian wide droughts/problems but in australia it is all to common.

We have huge livestock population to feed as well as intensive ag dairy poultry pigs

Mallee, if you want moisture don't move to Southern Alberta. We had about 1.25 inch during the growing season and last year wasn't much better. Ground is sucked dry. She's gonna be bad next year.

Was around lethbridge last year for a few days yep sure looked dry but the beer was wet....
