        regarding natural gas....I don't know why they want to charge an arm and leg to get service...they can recoup those costs over a few years....

        When Devine did it there was a set price to get the service if you signed on but there are yards that had no one living in them that do now and I am not sure why they make it cost prohibitive to get on gas...

        Its cleaner for the environment using a pipeline to the house or drier than running trucks for propane or using so called dirty coal power for electricity ...

          Installation was a huge cost, farmer paid maybe 25%, rest was Sask Energy, debt perhaps? Now they want total cost of install. Red about a NG surge tank setup for a low volume line, fills between demand times.

            Without that program with a return over a longer term saskenergy would have had few customers and oil companies would still be flaring at every well.
