First load of 2018 is in the bin finally! We’re guessing it’s 25%+ since there’s plenty of kernels you can cut with your fingernails. Getting the dryer drug out of the shed and set up is my mission now. The propane guy is definitely going to be happy if we can keep going.



Brand new auger from UFA complete with leaky hydraulic fittings and a loose spout. Some Teflon tape, couple wrenches, and an hour later it should be good for the season hopefully.

You’d have to ask the previous owner to find out for sure. We bought it as an insurance write off and haven’t gotten around to laying it over and pulling the dent out. Always blows my mind how many bins aren’t anchored at all. We push 3-5 pipes 11 feet long into the ground and chain them to each bin. Good eye. 😎

We’ve had over ten days in September with snow on the ground so I’m glad it missed us this time.
