Thats a new spin .. I was a price taker under the old system as well.....it used to be the CWBs fault all the time ....Maybe most didnt notice but we need open transparent market from all participants to make it work....farmers tell the world what they grow and how much....now the graincos have to report how much they sell and when....railways have to step up and be accountable as well.....then you can say we are getting closer to a free market ..for now its the farmers fault....
