Just wondering how harvest is going.

Our area each day someone is just done or a day away from being done.

We have this morning 6 days left with three machines.

Will have the new Case 9250 arriving Wednesday or Thursday.

A friend who we help is also at the same time frame.

Others have as high as 28 quarters to go.

It could be possible but the storm has to not hit on Friday.

Fingers are crossed oh hell even the Eyes are even crossed.

    Canola dry and going great.

11,000 in the bin 1,000 to go. All cereals and canola are dry, whoever thought this would happen?

I have always wondered why dealers around here don't do demos during the final stretch where guys get to really prove the machines as opposed to taking them out early for the pre-order guy that bleeds whatever color they are using.....

I agreedemos in perfect conditions are not a demo it’s the canola dome mentality.

          Tough conditions show problem areas.

Most have wrapped up here. The odd soybean or flax field still out there. Corn is coming off now too.

Getting real close to 100%. Everything dry, easy to combine, safe to store. Who predicted this? No snow till Jan...I predict. Dryers and aeration running on early harvested. Lots of NH3 and dry banding in ideal conditions.

Finished our last field of Nexera last night. Still eight to ten greens in sample but got tired of waiting, next bad weather might be the end of harvest for this year. Hope the weather holds for you guys that still have crop out. Not looking forward to winter, time to start looking for a hot place to hibernate.

1/4 of canola and 1/4 of barley. Hopefully done Thursday. Another one joins the October pea harvest club.
